We warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during warranty period. If the product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, We will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a same or similar product depends on stock. And all products must be sent back to US for warranty.
Who the warranty protects
This warranty is valid for the original consumer purchaser only.
What the warranty does not cover
- Any product, which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
- -Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
- -Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
- -Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by us.
- Any damage of the product due to shipment.
- Removal or installation of the product.
- Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
- Use of supplies or parts not meeting the product’s specifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Any other cause, which does not relate to a product defect.
- Removal, installation and set-up service charges by any third party.
- Water damage of waterproof products are not covered.

To obtain warranty service, you will be required to provide
- An authorized RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number(You can contact our sales representitives to get it)
- A description of the problem
A technical support representative will determine if your problem is covered under this warranty agreement. If the problem is covered, you will be contacted with specific instructions regarding how the product must be returned for repair or replacement.
- For any return, buyer need to contact us first to get a Return Merchandise Authorization ** (RMA) number and return address within 2 business days.
- Buyer need to return the package back to us within 7 business days once the RMA number is supplied.
- 3. Buyer need to state the RMA number outside of the returned packet so that it can be verified. All returns without RMA number outside the package will be rejected.
- All returns must be packed securely for shipping and shipped via traceable means (please email us the tracing code once you ship item back. Any lost or damage while shipping back, we will not cover it). The returned product MUST be in original and perfect condition as received.
- Buyer will be refunded or provided exchanged product according to the return terms.
Return Postage and Restock Fee:
- In case of product is dead on arrival or mechandical defect within return period(30 days), buyer will not be charged any restock fee(15%) and return postage.
- In case of the return is not related to any product issue, like buyer purchase by mistake, buyer will need to pay both the restock fee(15%) and return postage.
- In case of the product is not working after return period, buyer need to pay the return postage to send it to us, and we will try our best to help buyer get it fixed and return it to buyer.
